Job Description:

In this role, you will handle all duties where the Collections function has been requested to review problem accounts, as well as where debt recovery action is necessary. You will liaise internally, with customers, solicitors and Administrators/Receivers, as required. In addition, you will carry out other ad-hoc duties required within Portfolio Management, as and when they arise.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):

  • Educated to either Degree, A levels or equivalent, with demonstrable, relevant work history.

  • Experience within the banking sector.

  • Experience with FCA regulations.

  • Collections and debt recovery experience.

  • Strong intellect & professional approach.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate with colleagues.

  • Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Team player, flexible and adaptable.
