Job Description: 

As the IT Technician you will manage the IT infrastructure in line with ACF protocols and policies. The IT technician must also act as an ambassador for the business including any dialogue with our external partners to ensure service excellence to users is driven constructively.

Skills and Experience needed (essential or preferred) :-

  • Proven experience as IT Technician or relevant position
  • Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills – maintaining a high level of professional conduct with internal and external stakeholders via face to face, written and verbal communication through an appropriate medium
  • Outstanding organizational and time-management skills
  • In depth understanding of diverse computer systems and networks including, on Premise and Cloud based Hybrid Active Directory, O365 Admin Centre
  • Good knowledge of internet security and data privacy principles MS office led operating systems (Defender 365 – Security & Compliance 365). Other platform knowledge would be beneficial but not critical as training will be provided
  • Certification as IT Technician will be an advantage (e.g. CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
