CAMPBELL & FLETCHER MD TRACY FLETCHER NAMED CO-CHAIR OF SMART WORKS LEEDS

We are exceptionally proud to announce that our MD Tracy Fletcher has became the Co-Chair alongside current chair, Helen Oldham of the amazing charity Smart Works Leeds who we have supported now for the last few years.  Tracy and Helen will take on shared responsibility for the continued expansion of the Smart Works impact in Yorkshire, helping more unemployed women back into the workspace.

Tracy said, “I am so proud and privileged to have the opportunity to be co-chair at Smart Works Leeds. I am excited for the future of the centre and also looking forward to learning from Helen in the coming months and years.” She added, “We have exciting ambition plans for growth as we look to reach out to even more unemployed women in need of support.”

As well being the Managing Director of Campbell & Fletcher Recruitment, and being an advocate of the HM Treasury Women in Finance Charter, Tracy has always been a keen supporter and volunteer at Smart Work since it opened it Leeds office just prior to the pandemic. Smart Works Leeds consistently achieves a 72% job success rate

Helen is a Founding Board Director of NorthInvest, an early stage tech funding connector, and Founder of Fund Her North. Prior to this she was the Managing Director of The Yorkshire Post and The Scotsman.
Helen said as part of the announcement, “As we move towards doubling the number of Yorkshire women who we help into work I’m delighted to be joined on the journey by Tracy. Tracy brings her tremendous energy, rigour and networks to the Smart Works Leeds senior leadership team and I’m already enjoying our closer working relationship.” She added, “We’re on a joint mission to support as many Yorkshire women into work as possible, by giving confidence, coaching and clothing ahead of an interview.”

Smart Works Leeds is again this years Campbell & Fletcher Recruitment chosen charity to support. Smart Works operates 9 UK centres, helping unemployed women back into the workplace by providing high quality interview clothes, styling advice and interview training, empowering women to achieve their employment goals.
