Campbell & Fletcher MD Guest Keynote speaker at Lean In Leeds Event

Campbell & Fletcher Recruitments Managing Director was recently asked to be one of the keynote speakers at a LEAN IN LEEDS event held at the Sky Betting and Gaming Leeds city centre office. 

The Lean in Leeds circle, with over 1000 members is part of the global ‘Lean In community’, built around a group of professional women who empower each other to achieve their ambitions, and promote gender equality.

The well attended event was built around “community” and “belonging” with the aim to inspire attendees to get involved and give back to their local community, with the knowledge that they can be proud to be part of something benefiting others.
 
Tracy was asked as part of her role as one of the Trustees of Smart Works Leeds charity. Smart Works supports women to get back into employment through a combination of 1-2-1 coaching and support preparing women for interview success, and providing interview clothing. Since the charities launch 72% of the women it supports have gone on to get a job within a month of their Smart Works coaching.
