Tracy Fletcher Appointed as Trustee of Leeds Based Female Support Charity
Campbell & Fletcher Recruitments Managing Director Tracy Fletcher has been appointed as Trustee of Smart Works Leeds, a charity which we have proudly supported for past 2 years.
Smart Works is a UK charity that provides support and interview clothing and training to unemployed women in need from 8 locations across the UK The Smart Works service is currently running in eight locations across the UK. Smart Works helps through harnessing the power of clothes and confidence to allow a woman to succeed at interview and transform her life.
Tracy has been coaching at the Leeds office for the past 2 years, giving her time and experience in supporting women back into employment.
“I am absolutely delighted to have been offered the role of Trustee for Smart Works Leeds. As soon as I began volunteering at the Leeds Centre I knew this charity would become an important part of my life.”, said Tracy
She added, ““As a strong supporter of Women in Finance, providing coaching services to Smart Works clients was a natural fit for my skillset and beliefs. When the opportunity presented itself to provide wider support to the charity using my Board experience as both a hospice Trustee and Business Owner I didn’t hesitate to apply. I am looking forward to working alongside an amazing group of women; I am sure I well learn a lot from this amazing team.”
