Job Title: Head of Customer Service

Location: London with some hybrid working

Salary: Up to £120k plus benefits, depending on experience

Job Description: 

The role holder will be responsible for leading both the in-house and out-sourced customer services operations team. Predominantly looking after retail customers with responsibilities including:

  • Devising and delivering a premium service across all delivery channels
  • Meeting and exceeding customer service targets set by the business
  • Managing all outsource operations.
  • Overseeing the credit delivery function
  • Being responsible the complaints operation.
  • Developing and monitoring relevant KPIs
 
Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred): 
  • Managing both in-house and outsourced customer service operations

  • Proven success in stakeholder management

  • Working in Financial Services
