Job Title: Head of Customer Service
Location: London with some hybrid working
Salary: Up to £120k plus benefits, depending on experience
The role holder will be responsible for leading both the in-house and out-sourced customer services operations team. Predominantly looking after retail customers with responsibilities including:
- Devising and delivering a premium service across all delivery channels
- Meeting and exceeding customer service targets set by the business
- Managing all outsource operations.
- Overseeing the credit delivery function
- Being responsible the complaints operation.
- Developing and monitoring relevant KPIs
Managing both in-house and outsourced customer service operations
Proven success in stakeholder management
