Job Title:Head of Client Acquisition
Location: Ideally the North – but some hybrid working
Salary: £70-75k basic depending on experience. Car, pension and bonus scheme.
About the Company:
Our client is part of one of the largest adviser groups in the UK. Around for over 25 years they provide quality mortgage advice into a number of niche professions. Their advisers are trained to a high level and will provide tailored advice to meet specific mortgage and protection needs. They undertake research in order to provide a personal recommendation finding the perfect products to match individual customer needs.
The Head of Client Acquisition is responsible for identifying, onboarding and embedding new strategic partnerships. The role holder will manage a pipeline of prospects, all aligned to the business strategy and growth plans, prepare proposals and agree commercial arrangements with the clients. The successful candidate will work closely with both the internal marketing team and external agencies to develop and implement a robust strategy for both new lead generation and managing existing clients.
Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):
- Track record of successful client acquisition, including delivering on business plans and commercial targets.
- Knowledge of the Financial Services market
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to build and develop external networks
