We are currently assisting a renowned banking institution with recruitment for an exceptional complaints handler
In this role, you will be focused on providing the very best solutions to the bank’s enormous client base by putting yourself in their shoes and striving for resolutions to queries and questions. You will be provided with in-depth training so you will quickly become expert in the bank’s financial products and services, giving you all the tools you need to best assist customers.
