As well as providing traditional finance our client also has an investor hub where investors can co-fund deals in order to receive a better return on their investment than usual methods.

The role holder will be responsible for sourcing property-based lending (bridging, buy-to-let, commercial property finance etc.) in the SME space with lends up to around the £3m mark
