The client is a new-to-market Challenger Bank. Based in Middlesbrough their focus will be providing real estate development finance (commercial and residential) to SMEs requiring funding of up-to £5m in any one scheme. There is a small but ever-expanding team who all share the vision to support developers in providing value for money finance and exceptional service and expertise. The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Managers in provision of lending to property developers, predominantly development finance. The main responsibility being the delivery of the end-to-end legal process. This includes  issuing facility letters, instructing valuers, releasing funds and the taking of security.

Skills and Experience needed (essential or preferred) :-

• Development Finance experience.
• Commercial banking experience.
• Good admin skills
• Experience of security documentation
