About the Company:

Our client is a software provider, working within the Invoice and Asset Finance arena. Well established and well respected, this company provides bespoke software solutions to some of the most recognised banks and financial services institutions both in the UK and overseas.

 
Job Description: 

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client accounts, identifying customer needs and translating these into working solutions via the CRM system. They will be the designated point of contact for a number of high profile clients, ensuring each client is given an outstanding and bespoke service.

Skills and Experience needed (essential or preferred) :-

  • IF/AF client management experience
  • Good working technical knowledge of CRM systems
  • Outstanding Customer service skills
  • Strong stakeholder management
