Financial Support Consultant (Collections)

 

  

 

A leading specialist lender and savings provider, focused on the UK market. The business supports customers with tailored mortgage and savings solutions, particularly in niche and underserved segments such as buy-to-let, commercial, and complex residential lending.

 

The primary purpose of this role is to work collaboratively with the team to ensure the efficient and timely collection of arrears across residential, buy-to-let, and commercial mortgage portfolios, while maintaining a proactive approach to financial support.

 

 Respond to all enquiries, whether received by telephone, email or letter, efficiently and in accordance with the Group’s Financial Support Policies

Process monthly arrears workloads effectively utilising the arrears forbearance toolkit

Identify accounts to be considered for litigation

Preparing litigation and conveyancing instructions and liaising with external service providers

Amend mortgage accounts as necessary ensuring accurate entry onto Bank’s computer system

Ensure system notes are up to date reflecting the role
