Job Description:  

Supporting the management of a portfolio of mid-market bridging clients, responsible for day-to-day management of a portfolio of clients who have loans active within the loan book. You will be the key point of contact for such clients to cover a range of queries and requirements.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred): 

  • Experience in a commercial relationship manager support role
  • Property lending experience an advantage
  • Experience of working on security documentation and legals relating to property lending

Job Description: Originating and closing sustainable new business. Establishing and maintaining relationships with introducers, including Accountants, Corporate Finance and Debt Advisors, Private Equity Houses etc… Working closely with the marketing team to develop professional sales material. Developing strong relationships and a presence within their patch.
