Job Description: 
The role holder is responsible for planning, reporting, reviews of both spend and customer engagement in the unsecured lending arena including personal loans and Credit cards. This being across 5 major high street brands, focussing on growth, propositions and sales.
 
Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred): 
  • Experience of product management in unsecured lending, in particular credit cards.

  • A good knowledge of the UK Credit card regulatory landscape

  • A track record of delivering complex projects/programmes

  • Extensive experience of change management

  • Ability to undertake extensive UK travel to visit various operational centres.

The role holder will be responsible for the full credit lifecycle of both consumer and retailers, from origination, underwriting, account management and arrears management.  Additional responsibilities will include the build of a suite of credit offerings, management of 3rd party collections teams and ownership of any debt sale relationships.

Job Description: 

This is a senior position leading a team of 4 to deliver a significant monthly marketing spend. The role holder is responsible for designing and building out the digital and offline marketing strategy, as well as the oversight of all marketing operations. The marketing department will need to work very closely with both the sales and product teams in the delivery of a first class product and marketing plan.

Campaign delivery includes the creation of inbound B2B leads through seasonal PR, social media etc. as well as the development of a media content strategy and video content.

The marketing team is pivotal to the success of the business and is accountable to the Board in terms of ROI for the marketing spend. 

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred): 
  • At least 10 years experience in marketing with a proven track record in digital marketing
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of website analytic tools including Google Analytics, SEMRush, MOZ and Hotjar)
  • Financial Services experience vital
  • Project management skills/experience preferred
  • An established marketeer with significant drive and passion
