They have had an extremely successful year, in spite of the pandemic, and so are looking for an ABL Client Manager to join their busy team.

Job Description:

As ABL Client Manager, you’ll be looking after a portfolio of circa 25 clients with funds out up to £7.5M. You will be the first port of call for all client queries and cross-selling opportunities.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):

    • You must have demonstrable experience in the ABL space, with knowledge of the full ABL proposition
    • You must  have demonstrable experience in a similar role managing clients
    • You must possess a comprehensive understanding of ABL product range and procedures.

Salary: £19,000 – £22,000

Our client is a fintech lending platform providing real estate construction loans. They are looking to recruit a bright and motivated Relationship Executive to join the team and become part of their growth story.

Job Description:

Working closely with the team you will provide day to day support to the Manager and Director and deliver excellent customer service, responding to queries promptly and efficiently.

You will be the first point of contact for your client building strong, long term relationships. You will answer questions and provide further advice and general business support for clients. You will work closely with the Director and progress in your career with a clear route available.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):

  • Financial industry experience is desirable but not essential
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • A team-player with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Good working knowledge of all MS packages

Job Description:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing long term relationships with Key Business Introducers and direct clients in the Specialist Finance market. With exceptional customer service you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of origination and initial assessment of Specialist Finance loan enquires, focusing on managing existing relationships and supporting the addition of new relationships.

You will have a strong and demonstrable knowledge of real estate lending, preferably in the specialist finance market but not exclusively.

  • You will have a proven ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service to clients and key business introducers
  • You will be able to speak with confidence and knowledge about the Specialist Finance market, real estate market and products
  • You will have the ability to identify new business opportunities from within the existing introducer and client base as well as your wider professional network
  • Be able to assess, consider and explore a range of proposals from purchase bridges to construction projects, identify the key risks and mitigates of these proposals and present a succinct recommendation of the rationale for progressing a case
