Job Description:

They are looking for a highly experienced Property Finance professional to come in and ultimately steer on the offering and products. You will not only be an active deal-doer, but you will also shape the products and packages that are offered. Moreover, you will work extremely closely with the board of directors and share your expert knowledge to influence the presence of the entire company. As a key Property Financier in the company, your scope for progression and future opportunities is immense.  You will be joining at an exciting time where you will assist in defining key strategies and be at the forefront of watching the business grow.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):

  • Be a proven expert in the Property Finance space including BTL, Bridging, investment and development – both commercial and residential.
  • Have an active network on introducers and other connections in the industry.
  • Possess a strategic mindset and be confident in sharing your ideas with the senior team.
  • Be willing to share knowledge of the sector and upskill individuals where necessary.
  • Have an excellent track record of structuring and delivering Property Finance deals.

Job Description:

In this role, you will handle all duties where the Collections function has been requested to review problem accounts, as well as where debt recovery action is necessary. You will liaise internally, with customers, solicitors and Administrators/Receivers, as required. In addition, you will carry out other ad-hoc duties required within Portfolio Management, as and when they arise.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):

  • Educated to either Degree, A levels or equivalent, with demonstrable, relevant work history.

  • Experience within the banking sector.

  • Experience with FCA regulations.

  • Collections and debt recovery experience.

  • Strong intellect & professional approach.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task and coordinate with colleagues.

  • Attention to detail and able to meet tight deadlines.

  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Team player, flexible and adaptable.
