Job Title: IFA Practice Manager

About the Company:

Our client, an Independent Financial Advisers who offer bespoke advice to clients throughout the UK are looking to recruit a Practice Manager who will be responsible for the day to day running of the administration team and supporting the IFA’s. Travel to other office locations will also be required for this role.

Job Description: 

You will be responsible for managing of team of 15 administrators across three locations, managing the workflow and ensuring processes run smoothly, ensuring business processes and policies are adhered to.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):

The ideal candidate will have proven Office Management experience within Financial Services along with the ability to manage, motivate and coach teams to perform their job at a high level. You will have excellent communication, presentation, and relationship skills, along with a strong customer focus.
