Job Description:

The Head of Client Acquisition is responsible for identifying, onboarding and embedding new strategic partnerships. The role holder will manage a pipeline of prospects, all aligned to the business strategy and growth plans, prepare proposals and agree commercial arrangements with the clients. The successful candidate will work closely with both the internal marketing team and external agencies to develop and implement a robust strategy for both new lead generation and managing existing clients.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):

  • Track record of successful client acquisition, including delivering on business plans and commercial targets.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Services market
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to build and develop external networks

Location: Newcastle Under Lyme

Salary: Up to £85k plus benefits depending on experience

Job Description: 

This is a senior position leading a team of 4 to deliver a significant monthly marketing spend. The role holder is responsible for designing and building out the digital and offline marketing strategy, as well as the oversight of all marketing operations. The marketing department will need to work very closely with both the sales and product teams in the delivery of a first class product and marketing plan.

Campaign delivery includes the creation of inbound B2B leads through seasonal PR, social media etc. as well as the development of a media content strategy and video content.

The marketing team is pivotal to the success of the business and is accountable to the Board in terms of ROI for the marketing spend. 

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred): 
  • At least 10 years experience in marketing with a proven track record in digital marketing
  • Excellent knowledge and experience of website analytic tools including Google Analytics, SEMRush, MOZ and Hotjar)
  • Financial Services experience vital
  • Project management skills/experience preferred
  • An established marketeer with significant drive and passion
