About the Company:

Our client is an established accountancy practice with a strong local presence in and around Yorkshire. A top 100 National Chartered Accountancy, Tax Specialist and Advisory firm they have recently extended their reach to include Corporate Finance services.

The team is headed up by a well-recognised and respected professional in the Corporate Finance community with a focus on the SME arena. The business is SRA regulated and so has the ability to work as the client’s sole professional advisor (in both CF and legal), having the ability to support throughout the M & A journey.

 
Job Description: 

Working alongside the corporate finance advisory team, the role holder will support a number of M&A transactions, Employee Ownership Trusts, and strategic corporate projects. As there is significant work flow generated internally an external network is not essential.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):
  • Minimum 4 years PQE
  • Experience of M&A, Employee Ownership Trusts, corporate projects etc.
  • Ability to work independently
  • High degree of commercial thinking
  • Able to work calmly under pressure
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
