Job Description: 

We are looking for a Telesales Executive to contribute to the growth of the company. The successful candidate will support the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for a variety of duties related to attracting new customers.

Some of the duties will include: – 
  • Contacting potential clients and customers to generate sales
  • Lead generation and following up from Marketing campaigns
  • Calling potential prospects
  • Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
  • Listening to the customers’ needs to generate repeat sales.
  • Gathering and documenting customer information
  • Keeping up to date on all products
  • Answering customers’ questions on the products
  • Meeting sales quotas

The ideal candidate will have worked within sales previously, ideally within financial services. You will have experience of interacting with potential customers daily, excellent communication skills, along with great decision-making skills.

The role holder will be responsible for a small business development team, including driving sales, measuring KPIs and managing both the inbound and outbound calls.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):
  • Experience of consumer finance and/or payments space
  • Leadership experience
  • Sales management experience
