Job Description:

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing long term relationships with Key Business Introducers and direct clients in the Specialist Finance market. With exceptional customer service you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of origination and initial assessment of Specialist Finance loan enquires, focusing on managing existing relationships and supporting the addition of new relationships.

You will have a strong and demonstrable knowledge of real estate lending, preferably in the specialist finance market but not exclusively.

  • You will have a proven ability to provide an outstanding level of customer service to clients and key business introducers
  • You will be able to speak with confidence and knowledge about the Specialist Finance market, real estate market and products
  • You will have the ability to identify new business opportunities from within the existing introducer and client base as well as your wider professional network
  • Be able to assess, consider and explore a range of proposals from purchase bridges to construction projects, identify the key risks and mitigates of these proposals and present a succinct recommendation of the rationale for progressing a case

Job Description:

  • The Portfolio Executive will assist in the management of portfolio investments and will seek to minimise the risk of financial loss and maximise the profit.
  • The ideal candidate will build close working relationships internally and with external business introducers and service providers. 
  • Produce and maintain relevant, accurate monitoring systems for all client companies’ activities.
  • Monitor and assess relevant information including financial information to prepare necessary reports on performance of portfolio companies.

Skills and experience needed (essential or preferred):

  • Strong banking technical skills
  • Experience of working in a Relationship Management role within a bank or similar financial environment and in particular experience of analysing financial information to a high level.
