Campbell & Fletcher are an established recruitment agency based in Manchester, but working right across the UK. Our team of recruiters are all highly experienced and both Directors (Tracy and Alison) get involved in the day-to-day recruitment, as well as providing their unique expertise to their team. We ensure our consultants are fully briefed and we are always on hand to review candidates around role technicalities. As well as our relationship led approach, we have invested in bespoke tech-driven software which ensures our clients are given a professional service, including candidate talent dashboards, effective interview screening tools and video interview capabilities; all candidates have been put through in-depth interview screening before submitting their CV’s to you.

We have a robust process to ensure our candidate shortlists are diverse, not only from a gender perspective, but also ethnicity and disability. One of the Directors, Tracy, has in-depth knowledge of what’s needed to build diverse workforces, with access to resources that help clients to reach their own targets using the four reinforcing pillars of Recruitment, Retention and Promotion, Culture and Behaviour and Embedding DE & I. As an active Board member of the HMT WIFC, Tracy has a clear line of sight to the latest research, including the latest data regarding social mobility. 

Campbell & Fletcher have a track record of building new to market propositions from 5 through to 200+ people. We were instrumental in the recruitment of 80% of the Wyelands Bank team from entry level right through to Board level appointments. We were able to support them through their mobilisation period, ensuring hires were made swiftly and at the right time.

As our approach is relationship led we believe its vital to understand the culture of any organisation we work with; that’s why we allocate a designated Account Manager at Director level. This is not only to ensure the assignment is being delivered efficiently and on time and in line with set KPIs, but also to provide a line of communication to make sure we are hitting the mark from a cultural perspective. The Account Manager will be available for review meeting and on site visits; in fact we believe its vital to visit with clients to understand better how it works.
