We will perform the first stage interview on your behalf , following your process coupled with our experience. Our software enables us to interview candidates with your questions so you can review at a convenient time to you. We provide you with a talent dashboard for your role, which is concise , has all candidates details including their CV and 1st Stage Interview recording, plus our opinion on the candidate.

Our team of Consultants are constantly sourcing candidates, not just when a role is presented to us; this is done through a wide variety of activities and networks, building a pipeline of talent. We actively keep ourselves updated on employment law and any legislation that impacts our industry and clients. Every Candidate we submit has been assessed by one of our Consultants to fully understand their career objectives and suitability to match your needs.

We conduct a face-to-face interview (or via Video) where we analyse Candidate’s employment history, evaluate their experience, qualifications, ability to do the job, team work, attitude and professionalism. Our team are equally committed to supporting our candidates and provide them with a full range of support services, as we are to ensuring we find the right candidate for your organisation. From the moment that we start the selection process we give Candidates an overview of what to expect from the process. This includes the steps involved, time frames and details of what information may be required from them. We offer full transparency so that there are no surprises along the way and candidates can keep up to date of where they are in the overall process.
