Fletchers Flyers are delighted to have raised over £1625.00 for the Smart Works charity as part of the #CYCLEFORSMARTWORKS 2022 campaign.n

Fletchers Flyers were made up of our own founders Tracy Fletcher and Alison Campbell who were joined by Andy Copsey, Nick Smith and Vicki Walker who exceeded their goal of cycling 500 miles and raising £500 for Smart Works UK. Smart Works helps unemployed women through training, mentoring and providing clothing and helps them to be at their best by giving them the confidence, self-belief, and the tools to help transform their lives.

Over the 8 days of the #CYCLEFORSMARTWORKS, over 800 cyclists signed up as part of 140 teams with Fletchers Flyers recording a very credible 538.94 miles, but most importantly have raised over £1625.00 for the charity.

Team Captain Tracy Fletcher commented,

“Once again an amazing effort by everyone of the team who I would like to thank; every single day they got on their bikes and put the miles in. Also huge thanks to all everyone who sponsored us or who supported us with some words of encouragement.”

In its sixth year, #CYCLEFORSMARTWORKS has raised in excess of £500,000 for the Smart Works UK charity and this year figures are expected to exceed all expectations.
